These terms apply to your use of alikhanspring.com and to work carried out by Ali Khan Spring Work Garage at our workshop in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1, Dubai.
About this website
The information here describes the services we offer and is provided in good faith. It is general information, not a technical or engineering specification for any particular vehicle.
Quotes and prices
No price is quoted on this website. Any price we give you by phone, WhatsApp or in person is an estimate based on what has been described to us. The final price is confirmed after we inspect the vehicle, because heavy vehicle repair regularly uncovers additional faults once the work starts. We tell you before doing extra work.
Free tools on this site
The calculators in the Tools section are provided as a guide only. They are not a legal, engineering or compliance assessment of your vehicle. In particular:
- Weight and axle load figures must always be checked against the official limits set by the UAE authorities and the RTA, and against your own vehicle documents.
- A tool result is not a substitute for a physical inspection of the vehicle.
We are not responsible for any fine, penalty, loss or damage arising from relying on these tools. If you are unsure, bring the vehicle in and we will look at it.
Work carried out
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care using suitable parts. Any warranty on a repair is what we agree with you at the time of the job, in writing or verbally. Warranty does not cover damage from overloading beyond the vehicle rating, accident damage, or modification carried out elsewhere afterwards.
Vehicles left at the workshop
Please remove valuables from a vehicle before leaving it with us. Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. Vehicles not collected within a reasonable period after work is completed and the owner has been notified may incur storage charges.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to instruct work on it, and that the information you give us about the vehicle and its use is accurate.
